Sun Meditation was written, recorded, and produced inside my apartment during the global shutdown in 2020. It is the sonic landscape of the meditation practice I picked up to cope with the isolation. Because let’s be real, the journey inward is not a quiet one. The song is a reminder that amidst navigating the grim unknown, dreaming wildly of past lives, future possibilities, and often in practice just staring blankly at the skin illuminated in front of my eyeballs, it is understanding that the greatest parts of ourselves are built from the reflection of others. So, thank you for the company. Looking forward to sharing space with you again soon.<3
